Sign in and access your course

Use the link and method provided by your institution. The public documentation site is not your institution's application login.

Email and password

If local registration is enabled, register with an allowed email address and verify the email before signing in. Passwords must meet the form's requirements. If registration is hidden or your domain is refused, ask your course administrator; making another account may not grant course access.

Use Forgot password for recovery. Check spam and verify you are using the right installation. Password reset does not remove an enrolled authenticator.

Authenticator security

Local account users can set up OTP in Account security. Enter your password, scan the QR with an authenticator app, and confirm a valid six-digit code. Save the ten recovery codes securely when shown.

Later logins need the password plus an authenticator or unused recovery code. Each recovery code works once. If both are lost, contact institutional support; there is no public shortcut to disable OTP.

ID and PIN

Enter the issued ID and secret PIN. Keep the original credential document securely.

One-time accounts normally have a duration beginning at first successful sign-in. Longitudinal accounts use course schedules instead of one global countdown. Your dashboard explains the applicable access state.

  1. Open the private course registration link.
  2. Read the privacy information and complete the offered registration options.
  3. Make any required/optional study decision carefully.
  4. Download/save your issued credentials and confirm you have saved them.
  5. Sign in with those credentials.

Saving credentials is required before learning access is activated; it is not itself the first login. Do not share screenshots of the credential screen.

Learning management system

Open the ClinicEdge activity from your LMS course. The launch may take you directly to its assigned content and may intentionally hide other parts of the app. Launch again from the LMS if the session is lost.

If sign-in succeeds but content is unavailable, check the schedule and any study-consent requirement before reporting a login problem.
