For Course Staff

Your starting point is Supervision for your assigned classrooms. A classroom administrator assigns staff in the classroom editor; editing permission or student membership alone does not provide supervision access.

Before teaching

  1. Open the correct classroom and published version.
  2. Preview the content and workspace without creating real learner activity.
  3. Check student access with the course administrator.
  4. For shared teaching, review group-seminar operation.
  5. Prepare a safe projection surface rather than projecting individual records.

Lead a group through a learning sequence

Use the complete seminar run guide: check preceding activities and pinned versions, switch from Records to Live, open the matching run, have students join, release/project findings, share the agreed clinical summary, and explicitly conclude before students continue.

The run guide also covers attendance correction and blocked progression. Waiting on a seminar screen is not the same as joining.

To present test results, you additionally need independent questionnaires viewing permission. Use the test-presentation guide. For cross-course analysis/downloads, request the separate Stats permission.

If a classroom is missing, ask the administrator to check your account and staff assignment. Do not borrow a student PIN or a colleague's administrator account.
